Legal
Your images belong to you.
This page describes how Outfit Inspo processes your data. Controller: Outfit Inspo, reachable at privacy@outfit-inspo.com.
In short: your photos stay private, are not used to train a model, and you can delete everything from your account. Marketing emails only go out if you asked for them.
Data we process
The service processes your email, first name, reference photos, garment images or links, try-on results and credit history. Card data never goes through Outfit Inspo: Stripe handles it.
Why
This data is used only to create and display your try-ons, manage your account, prevent abuse and count credits. It is not sold. Your photos and face are never used to train an AI model.
Storage and sharing
Personal images are stored in private spaces and shown through temporary links. A result stays private by default. It becomes publicly shareable only after an explicit action from you. Generated images carry an “AI-generated image” label.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for the life of the account. You can delete the whole account and associated files from Profile. A photo not kept for a public lookbook is deleted on request to privacy@outfit-inspo.com.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability at privacy@outfit-inspo.com, and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
Processors
Hosting: OVH SAS. Payments: Stripe. Auth: Clerk. Image generation: an AI provider (OpenRouter). None of them is allowed to reuse your photos to train a model of their own for this service.
Audience measurement
Traffic is measured by three tools, all without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Plausible Analytics is self-hosted on our OVH servers. Open Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics are third-party services, hosted by their publishers: they store no cookie and no identifier on your device, keep no raw IP address, and count visits through an anonymous fingerprint recomputed every day, which therefore cannot follow you from one day to the next, nor from one site to another. None of these three tools collects a name, an email address or an advertising identifier.
Legal bases
Account and try-ons: contract performance. Payment: contract performance and accounting duties. Abuse prevention: legitimate interest. Marketing reminders: consent. Technical device and arrival cookies: legitimate interest in measuring the journey, for a limited time. Keeping the link, look, or referral through sign-up: contract performance.
Cookies and identifiers
Outfit Inspo technical cookies: oi_device (400 days) identifies the device to limit abuse and connect a journey. oi_arrival (30 minutes) measures time to the first preview. oi_product and oi_look (14 days) keep the link or look through sign-up. oi_look_voter (12 months) stops the same visitor voting twice on a shared look. oi_ref (45 days) remembers a referral. oi_welcome (24 hours) remembers that the welcome message has already been sent. oi_marketing (30 days) remembers your reminder choice. Clerk and Stripe set their session cookies for authentication and payment. No advertising cookie is set. Neither Plausible, nor Open Analytics, nor Ahrefs Web Analytics sets a cookie.
Recipients and transfers
OVH (hosting, France/EU). Supabase (database and files, EU depending on configuration). Clerk (authentication, United States, standard contractual clauses). Stripe (payments). OpenRouter (image generation: your photos are sent to the model only to produce the try-on, with no right to reuse them to train a model for its own account in this service). Open Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics (audience measurement, third-party services hosted by their publishers, without cookies and without personal data). Resend (transactional email and, if you consented, reminders). Slack (internal signup or payment alert, limited to technical identifiers). Third-party policies: stripe.com/privacy, clerk.com/legal/privacy, openrouter.ai/privacy, resend.com/legal/privacy, ovhcloud.com, ahrefs.com/privacy.
Emails
Account emails (welcome, try-on ready, receipt) are required for the service. Day+1/+3/+7 reminders are sent only if you ticked consent at signup or in settings. Each reminder includes an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header.
Exercising your rights
Write to privacy@outfit-inspo.com. Reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Deleting the account from Profile erases the Outfit Inspo profile, private files and the associated Clerk identity.
