Convert a Chinese size to a French size
China often shows two numbers separated by a slash, for example 165/88. The first is height in centimetres, the second the chest measurement. That is more precise than a letter, and it is what to read first.
When a marketplace shows only a letter, it generally follows Asian grading, about one notch off from ours.
